How information is used when you visit the website or contact the studio.

Information you submit
The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, space type and message. A material selection you include becomes part of the message. We use this information to respond, discuss a proposal and arrange the collaboration you request. Avoid sending sensitive information or identity documents.
CRM and Telegram notifications
Your inquiry is saved in the CRM, available to authorized studio accounts. A notification containing your name, email, phone, space type and message is sent by a bot to the studio’s configured Telegram group. Contacting us through social media also involves processing by that platform.
Hosting and providers
The application is hosted on Contabo; the database uses Neon and media files use Vercel Blob. Telegram delivers notifications. Instagram provides the public posts shown in the blog. These providers may process data on infrastructure outside Moldova; their own policies describe their services.
Browser storage and statistics
Your material selection is stored locally in your browser and reaches the studio when you include it in the form. You can clear it from your selection or browser data. CRM authentication uses session cookies. Application statistics count views per page and day, without tracking cookies or individual profiles. The server may keep technical access logs for operation and security.
Inquiry retention
The CRM currently does not automatically delete inquiries after a fixed period. Inquiries and Telegram notifications may remain in their respective systems until the studio deletes them. Contact the studio using the email below for information about an inquiry or to request deletion; any legal retention obligations are assessed separately.

You may request information about your data, access, correction or deletion and, subject to applicable law, restriction, objection or portability. Email info@highconceptdesign.md. You may contact Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection at datepersonale.md.
Links and updates
Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram open services with their own policies. This page may be updated when website operations change; the version date appears above.
